Congratulations Shilpi! Tell us, how was your journey with Industry Connect?
Actually, Industry Connect was very good at providing technical skills and all kinds of stuff to enhance your knowledge, but I remember, when we first started, with everyone from different backgrounds, that 6-week training goes to a very high level very quickly!
We got frustrated because we didn’t know C#, we didn’t know Java, jumping into the deep end was difficult, so I recommend going and learning the basics first, otherwise it was really good!
The courses were really convenient because you could do them at any time, there were no time-boundaries, so you can do you work at your convenience. The most important part was everyone was helping. Anytime I needed any help, they were there, so that part was really awesome.
Would you recommend Industry Connect to everyone?
Of course I would recommend Industry Connect! But I would tell people to go learn the basics and then join, because otherwise you’ll get frustrated. Because I went in totally new, I didn’t even know basic programming, so I got very frustrated – I really didn’t know what was going on! – but honestly, I really recommend Industry Connect.
